Terms of use

The terms for moving together.

These terms govern your use of the Signox website, advertiser portal, and related services.

Last updated 29 July 2026

Please read this page carefully. For questions about these terms or your information, contact us at hello@signox.co.

01

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing Signox or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use Signox on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

Specific campaign orders, booking confirmations, invoices, or commercial agreements may include additional terms. Where they apply, those terms take priority over these general terms.

02

Your account and organisation

Keep your account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that your team members use the platform appropriately.

  • Provide accurate agency, contact, billing, and campaign information.
  • Only invite people who are authorised to work on your organisation's campaigns.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

03

Campaigns, content, and bookings

You retain responsibility for the creative materials, claims, permissions, and instructions you submit to Signox. You must have all rights needed to use the creative and any associated brand, music, image, or personal data.

Campaign availability, estimated delivery, pricing, review outcomes, and launch dates may change before a booking is confirmed. A campaign is not guaranteed to run until Signox confirms the booking and any required payment and content review have been completed.

  • Do not upload unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate material.
  • Comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and data-protection laws.
  • Respond promptly where Signox requests changes, supporting information, or replacement creative.

04

Payments and cancellations

Campaign estimates are indicative until a booking is confirmed. Payment, cancellation, refund, and receipt terms are presented with the relevant campaign or invoice and may be processed by an authorised payment provider.

Where a campaign has started or inventory has been reserved, cancellation or refund eligibility may be limited by the applicable booking terms and costs already incurred.

05

Using Signox responsibly

Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access accounts or data without permission, introduce malicious code, scrape the platform without approval, or use Signox in a way that could harm the network, its users, or the public.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, meet legal obligations, investigate misuse, or prevent harm.

06

Intellectual property

Signox and its associated branding, software, design, and content are owned by or licensed to Signox and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

You grant Signox a limited right to host, process, display, and transmit your submitted materials only as needed to provide, support, and improve the services you request.

07

Service availability and liability

We work to keep Signox reliable, but the service may be unavailable or affected by maintenance, connectivity, third-party systems, weather, power interruptions, operational conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, Signox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

08

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
